The Pre-Authorized Sunday Offering Program at Our Lady of Lourdes allows for automatic withdrawals from a bank account. The bank account and an amount is set by the donor and is indicated on the form. This program allows the individual to determine the amount they wish to give to the parish each year and to know that they are supporting the needs of the parish even when they are absent from the parish. If you wish to support the parish in this manner, please print out the form and send the Parish Copy along with a void check to the parish office:
